Cancellation & Refund Policy
All our products are hand-crafted, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from other. Minor difference in shape/color and inclusions are characteristics of natural stones, they are not broken or cracked. These don’t make stones or products defective. We strive to show you pictures closet to reality. The color may vary on different devices as well. Please review pictures carefully before making any purchase.
Refund and Cancellation
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. No orders can be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order or once the product has been shipped.
Returns and Refunds will be accepted only –
- If the product is damaged or if there is a genuine quality issue
- If we have shipped you the wrong product
We will either replace the items free of charge or will refund the purchase price of the jewelry and the shipping charges (if any). Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from after receiving the return shipment.
If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or product(s) is damaged, please take the picture and email us immediately at email@example.com with photos, shipping reference number and order details.
We are not liable to return if we are not informed within 3 calendar days of delivery. It is up to us to decide whether product is approved for return and we would communicate to you on the best way to return.
If you are simply unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. You may exchange the product with another item. The customer will have to pay for the shipping both ways.
